During the course of practicing Estate Planning and administration, Disability Law, and other business and legal matters, Gordon Williams has represented his clients in civil litigation. He has litigated civil matters in State Court, at the county court, District Court, and Court of Appeals level. He has also litigated at the Federal District Court and Federal Court of Appeals levels. Gordon has represented people in disputes over breaches of contract, guardianship and conservatorship issues, and Trust, Estate and Probate disputes. Gordon also has criminal law experience.
In each case, Gordon aims for an early and cost effective resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved, however, he brings the case to trial and, if necessary, prosecutes the necessary appeals. Gordon’s goal is always to resolve his client’s disputes – while protecting their rights and interests.
