Formation of Business Entities
He has helped many businesses form limited liability entities inclusive of incorporation (including S corporations), Limited Liability Companies and all forms of partnerships.
He will draft and negotiate all relevant documents including non-compete agreements, buy/sell agreements, and operating agreements.

Acquisition and Sales of Business
Gordon Williams’ experience includes sale of the entire business entity or of assets only.

Contracts
Most of us enter into contracts every day: a signature on a car rental agreement or a click on a computer accepting a licensing agreement. Less frequently, we enter into important long term agreements such as a business associations, a land acquisition agreement, a long term rental, or a pre-marital agreement. When you enter into those important agreements, Gordon Williams is available to advise and review, draft negotiations, or act as your negotiator. It is generally better to spend a little money at the onset of a contract to avoid a later misunderstanding and expensive lawsuit.
